The North Texas area is alive and well with talented, powerful and entrepreneurial women who manage or own companies that range from small businesses to major corporations. The Women In Leadership program has been established to encourage, inspire and develop women as they grow into leaders in business and our community.
Inspiring, influencing and championing powerful women through advocacy, mentoring and networking is the WIL mission. This mission is carried out through quarterly luncheons that bring powerful programs aimed at building leaders and a series of networking events designed to broaden business contacts.
Quarterly Luncheon Series
The 2010 WIL theme is "Pursuit of Happiness" and this year's quarterly luncheons will provide information on a specific segment of the theme. Join the fun and as you share knowledge and build relationships through Women In Leadership.

Registration closes August 31 at 5:00 pm.
Pre-Registration with payment are required.
Registration cost $35 members and $40 for non-members. Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable after the deadline, which is on Friday prior week to the Wednesday event. Unclaimed reservations during the event will be relinquished at noon. Walk-in customers will be seated based on space availability.

Another element of the Women In Leadership program's mission is networking. It is just part of the process WIL uses to inspire, influence and champion powerful women. WIL facilitates this part of their mission through four networking events a year that focus on women owned or operated businesses in Richardson.
As its name implies the Nothing But Networking event is held in a casual atmosphere where light refreshments are served and business cards are exchanged. A brief program is usually presented by the host to educate guests on the latest trends in the business. The 2010 WIL theme "Pursuit of Happiness" will be carried throughout each program including the Nothing But Networking. It all adds up to a wonderful networking experience for all! No Cost, reservations requested.
